Are you interested in web design but are not sure how to get experience? Do you need some design experience for your resume or portfolio? If this sounds like you, we have an internship open! We are looking for someone who wants to flex their web design skills. We have some site design projects that could use someone like you! We’ll teach you how to work with an experienced project manager and a developer to get a design in place from beginning to end.
This is an unpaid internship. We are providing real-world experience and projects that you can include in your resume or portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Determine project scope with project manager
- Implement designs with a developer
- Incorporate feedback into projects
- Reporting back on status of progress
- Revisions as necessary
- Provide deliverables on time
Requirements
- Focused interest in site design
- Have your own computer and software
- Have your own Internet connection
- Reliability, communication, and organizational skills

How To Apply
If you would like to work with us on some exciting web design projects and get some great experience, take a look at the description below. Once you’ve created the requested design samples, submit them to eaglemountaincitycitizens@gmail.com. Include an explanation of why you would like to be involved with this project. You may also reach out if you have any questions about anything.
We are working on a project where we need to allow people to sign up. To do this, they will need to fill out a form with the following required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Validate Email Address
- Password
- Validate Password
Please design this form. Include visual feedback elements for when the user does not fill out a required field.
When the user submits the form, it will generate a link that gets sent to their email to validate the email address. The message might say something such as:
Hey <first name>,
Thank you for creating an account on our site. To continue, we’ll need to validate your email address. Please click the link below to verify that your email address is valid.
